Delivery & Returns

Delivery is free in France and throughout Europe. A participation of 15,00€ is payable for shipments to the rest of the world. Delivery will be made as soon as possible from the validation of your order on the site. In case of delay in delivery, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our delivery service is provided by UPS. Delivery is made to the exact address indicated on your order form. Please indicate the details of access to your home. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your print must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return a product, you must mail it to the address of the creator who designed the product. Please contact us by email at contact@daniel-clarke-prints.com or by phone if you do not know the address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
